Procare

At CDLC, we use a program called Procare — our online database, billing, and communication system. All families are asked to download the app to their devices. For billing, it’s best to use a web browser (Chrome is suggested) rather than the app.

How Enrollment Works

  1. Connect with Us
    Reach out to Kim (kswanson@popmn.org) to schedule your tour! We would love for you to come visit our school. Every tour is customized to your needs and takes about 20-30 minutes.
  2. Enroll Your Child
    CDLC offers online enrollment through Procare. Please email Kim (kswanson@popmn.org) for current openings and enrollment information, or to determine which class is best for your child.
  3. Registration Fee & Confirmation
    Once your enrollment form is submitted, you will receive an invoice through Procare for the $75 non-refundable registration fee ($100 per family). You have 48 hours to pay the invoice to secure your child’s spot. After payment is received, you’ll get a confirmation email — and just like that, you’re part of the CDLC community!
  4. Preparation for the Start of School
    After enrolling, you’ll receive additional form requests through Procare that need to be submitted before your child’s first day of school.
