Class Options
We offer flexible scheduling options for families, with 2-, 3-, or 5-day-per-week programs:
- 2 days: Tuesday & Thursday
- 3 days: Monday, Wednesday & Friday
- 5 days: Monday–Friday
Choose from either a half-day schedule (9:00–11:30 a.m.) or an all-day schedule (9:00 a.m.–3:15 p.m.).

Before and After School Care
Hours: Before Care 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM; After Care 3:15 PM – 5:00 PM (Monday-Thursday), 3:15 PM – 4:00 PM (Friday).

Additional Fees
- Annual Activity Fee: $30 (covers all on-site field trips, class parties, and special activities throughout the year)
- Registration Fee: $75 per child (non-refundable). Families registering multiple children receive a credit, making the total registration fee $100 per family.
- Credit Card Processing Fee: 2.95% (applied to all credit card payments)
How Enrollment Works
At CDLC, we use a program called Procare — our online database, billing, and communication system. All families are asked to download the app to their devices. For billing, it’s best to use a web browser (Chrome is suggested) rather than the app.

CDLC offers online enrollment through Procare. Please email Kim (kswanson@popmn.org) for current openings and enrollment information, or to determine which class is best for your child. - Registration Fee & Confirmation
Once your enrollment form is submitted, you will receive an invoice through Procare for the $75 non-refundable registration fee ($100 per family). You have 48 hours to pay the invoice to secure your child’s spot. After payment is received, you’ll get a confirmation email — and just like that, you’re part of the CDLC community! - Preparation for the Start of School
After enrolling, you’ll receive additional form requests through Procare that need to be submitted before your child’s first day of school.
CDLC Scholarship Program
CDLC is committed to providing financial assistance to families based on eligibility. Partial scholarships are available, contingent upon the availability of funds.
Eligibility Guidelines: Financial assistance is determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration factors such as job loss, illness, death in the family, or other situations that affect the family’s ability to pay tuition. Scholarship amounts are determined based on the financial information provided in your application.
Step 1: Apply for Minnesota Early Learning Scholarships. Families with financial needs should first apply for Minnesota Department of Education Early Learning Scholarships through Family First of Minnesota. CDLC families are eligible for scholarships that provide up to $7,500 per child per year to help pay for preschool education.
Step 2: CDLC Scholarships. If your family does not qualify for the Early Learning Scholarships, you will then be considered for CDLC scholarships.

Important note about scholarship payments: Tuition payments must be made in accordance with CDLC policies. Any past due amounts will result in scholarship cancellation.
Important Tuition Policies
Monthly tuition reserves your child’s spot in class. Tuition is due regardless of absences, including family vacations or illness.
30 days’ notice is required to withdraw a student during the school year, and tuition is due for that 30-day period.
Payment Due Dates: Monthly tuition is due on the last day of each month (August through April) and applied to the following month.
Annual Payment Discount: Pay the entire year’s tuition on or before August 15th and receive a 2% discount!
Payment Methods: The preferred method is to pay electronically through the Procare app for quick and easy processing. You may also pay by cash or check each month. Make checks payable to POP/CDLC and include your child’s first and last name; for cash, place in an envelope labeled with your child’s name. Submit payment by attaching it to your child’s backpack, sending it with your child to school, or mailing to: CDLC, 13801 Fairview Drive, Burnsville, MN 55337. Labeling ensures your payment is properly credited to your account.
