Helping your child realize the value of education is extremely important. Your presence at school is one way to show your love and encouragement. The children and the staff invite you to come to school to volunteer your time and talents. We value you as a volunteer, and appreciate your dedication to the children as a supportive aide, role model, and mentor. We know your time is at a premium, but we hope this invitation will empower you to volunteer.

COMMUNITY VOLUNTEERS
The Child Development & Learning Center (CDLC) is committed to providing its students with many opportunities and experiences through which to explore, learn and grow. To improve our programs, curriculum, and school, we are asking for volunteers from the community. We are looking for people who would enjoy reading with the kids, doing cooking projects, or bringing in your expert knowledge to teach a lesson.

VOLUNTEER AT THE CARNIVAL FUNDRAISER

The CDLC Preschool Carnival is BACK! Mark your calendars for Saturday, April 18 – we’re transforming our school into a carnival wonderland packed with games, awesome auction items, and tons of family fun. Best part? Every dollar raised goes straight to making CDLC even better for our kids!

Want to be part of the magic?

Jump on board the Carnival Planning Committee! We’re meeting once a month between now and April, and we’d love your ideas and energy. Not able to commit to monthly meetings? No problem – we’ll also need day-of volunteers to help bring the carnival to life!

Know someone who’d love to support us?

Maybe you have connections to local businesses, services, or anyone who might want to donate auction items or sponsor the event. We’d love an introduction! And if you’d like to make a direct donation to support the carnival, we’re all ears – every contribution helps make this event unforgettable.
