All Day Programs:

M-F All Day – $950

MWF All Day – $600

TTH All Day – $425

Half Day Programs:

M-F Half Day – $475

Before and After School Care Options

Hours:

Before Care: 8:00 AM – 8:45 AM
After Care: 3:15 PM – 5:00 PM (Monday-Thursday) | 3:15 PM – 4:00 PM (Friday)

Monthly Rates:

2 Days/Week: $80
3 Days/Week: $125
4 Days/Week: $162.50
5 Days/Week: $200

Drop-In Rate: $20 per day

Additional Fees

Annual Activity Fee: $30 (Covers all on-site field trips, class parties, and special activities throughout the year)

Registration Fee: $75 per child (non-refundable) (Families registering multiple children receive a credit, making the total registration fee $100 per family)

Credit Card Processing Fee: 2.95% (Applied to all credit card payments)

Important Tuition Policies

Monthly tuition reserves your child’s spot in class. Tuition is due regardless of absences, including family vacations or illness.

30 days’ notice is required to withdraw a student during the school year, and tuition is due for that 30-day period.

Payment Due Dates

Monthly Tuition: Due on the last day of each month (August through April) and applied to the following month.

Annual Payment Discount: Pay the entire year’s tuition on or before August 15th and receive a 2% discount!

Payment Methods

Preferred Method: Pay electronically through the Procare app for quick and easy processing.

Cash or Check: You may also pay by cash or check each month.

Make checks payable to POP/CDLC

Include your child’s first and last name on the check

For cash payments, place in an envelope labeled with your child’s first and last name

How to Submit Payment:

Attach to the outside of your child’s backpack

Send with your child to school

Mail to: CDLC, 13801 Fairview Drive, Burnsville, MN 55337

Labeling ensures your payment is properly credited to your account!

Absences

Your child has a reserved spot in class, which means tuition is due each month regardless of absences. This includes absences due to family vacations, illness, or any other reason.

CDLC Scholarship Program Policy Statement

CDLC is committed to providing financial assistance to families based on eligibility. Partial scholarships are available, contingent upon the availability of funds.

Eligibility Guidelines

Financial assistance is determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration factors such as:

Job loss

Illness

Death in the family

Other situations that affect the family’s ability to pay tuition

Scholarship amounts are determined based on the financial information provided in your application.

How to Apply for Financial Aid

Step 1: Apply for Minnesota Early Learning Scholarships

Families with financial needs should first apply for Minnesota Department of Education Early Learning Scholarships through Family First of Minnesota.

CDLC families are eligible for scholarships that provide up to $7,500 per child per year to help pay for preschool education.

Step 2: CDLC Scholarships

If your family does not qualify for the Early Learning Scholarships, you will then be considered for CDLC scholarships.
